About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Sun Voyager website at sunvoyager.cfd. By reading the site you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please leave the site. These terms do not govern any stay at the estate, a stay is arranged by separate written correspondence, and its terms are set out in the confirmation you receive from the house.

The content of the site

The written material, photography, illustrations and layout of the site are the work of the estate and its collaborators. You are welcome to read the site, to save a page for your own reference, and to share a link. You may not reproduce the site's material in whole or in part for commercial purposes, republish it under another name, or use it to train machine-learning systems without our written permission.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate. Hours, programmes and the running of the house may change with the season, the weather and the availability of the visiting quartet. Where a stay is being arranged, the details in your written confirmation take precedence over any figure or date on the site.

Enquiries through the site

The enquiry form on the site is a means of writing to the house. Sending an enquiry does not constitute a reservation and does not oblige the estate to accept a stay. A stay is arranged only when the house has replied and both parties have confirmed the dates, the room and the arrangements in writing.

Third-party links

Where we link to a page outside our own site, for example, on the responsible play page, we do so for the reader's convenience. We are not responsible for the content of pages we do not run.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any loss arising from your use of the site, save where such liability may not be excluded by law. This paragraph does not limit any right you have as a consumer under Norwegian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising from your use of the site is subject to the ordinary jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
